"We all have goals that we would like to achieve and dreams that we would like to fulfill, but it does not matter what you are trying to become better at, if you only do the work when it's convenient or exciting, then you will never be consistent enough to achieve remarkable results."
Atomic Habits by James Clear (pg. 235-236)
It is not hard to agree with this wholeheartedly and yet it is so hard to move us to take necessary actions. "I will do it tomorrow" -- whether I honestly did not have time to work on it or simply let busyness of life be my forever excuses.
What are your excuses? What would be one thing you can change for being consistent?
(You can find helpful steps to create a good habit in Atomic Habits, highly recommended.)
