We long for perfect moments and perfect anything. Unfortunately the idea of perfection is far from perfect. It is because we have no idea what perfect really is. Even then, it is easy to convince ourselves that something soothing, easy, or more is perfect.
What if we look at our experience each moment is actually just right and perfect at the moment? How would that change our attitude? Would that increase appreciation for the past learning? The difficult things which seemed impossible to get through but built our character. The painful things which deeply scared our souls, but opened our hearts to see things differently. The complicated situation where solutions never came but deepened our understanding of humility.
Perhaps imperfect life we live and breathe might be just right and perfect. How does this challenge you?
