
It seems on social media, there is a general understanding that this guy did not wear his hat right. Is it really the case?
What if he did this because he forgot to apply sunblock to the back of his neck, so he wanted to cover that part?
What if he got a scar he wanted to cover?
What if he told his friend how he could find him as “the dude wearing his hat backwards?
There might be more ‘what ifs’ in our lives and in our conversations. A general understanding may not always be the truth in one particular moment or person.
A hat can fail, but we should not fail to offer kindness, acceptance, and understanding.
