This is often how I feel about events in my life and this is how I start; choke, hesitate, intimidated, doubt. Somehow I have convinced myself that to communicate with others, the perfect way is the only acceptable way.
What am I telling myself if I continue to believe that? I certainly do not wish to be the same way next year. My desire is to believe that I am capable of change, and I am willing to explore to live differently than I have learned before. Sure, I may feel failed and awkward, or actually fail. Having failures does not make me a failure of life. And how many times failures have taught me great lessons? With that, I am going to say a half-baked thoughts and let the interesting conversation begin. How about you?? How would you like to start your change?
